We had Inspekt do a home inspection for us on a home we were looking to purchase, have had home inspections in the past and this was the most thorough home inspection we have ever had. Blake found several small issues that would have gone unnoticed until after we purchased the home. With his inspection we were able to negotiate on our purchase price.
