The Naked Eye

A home  inspection is a non invasive examination of your home. During a typical home inspection, your inspector makes an honest attempt to find any visible defects.  Unfortunately the human eye is limited to what it can see.  For example this wall underneath a bathroom window.  To the eye there was nothing wrong with it, good drywall and good paint.  However during our thermal infrared scan of the home, we discovered water intrusion entering underneath the window.  This is a perfect example of why Inspekt uses thermal imaging with every single home inspection for FREE!
